The Role:
As a Practice Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of a friendly and collaborative team of administrators, your responsibilities will be varied and engaging, including:

Client onboarding – managing AML and KYC processes to ensure compliance from the outset

Company secretarial support – handling Companies House filings, statutory records, and related admin

General administrative duties – managing post, maintaining filing systems, responding to enquiries

Secretarial tasks – supporting the team with document preparation, diary management, and meeting coordination

Office organisation – ensuring supplies are stocked, systems are maintained, and the environment is well-run
About You:

Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail

Experienced in administration within a professional services environment (accountancy or legal preferred but not essential)

Familiar with AML requirements and/or Companies House processes (or willing to learn quickly)
