Senior Specialist Speech & Language Therapist – Neurorehabilitation (Band 7)Location: South East EnglandContract: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £44,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a dynamic interdisciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and complex communication and swallowing needs. This Band 7 role offers the opportunity to take a lead in service delivery and contribute to ongoing development within a specialist neurorehabilitation setting.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide specialist SLT assessments and interventions for adults with complex neurological conditions

  • Lead on dysphagia management and train the wider team on safe swallowing practices

  • Manage and prioritise a complex caseload, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care

  • Supervise junior SLTs and students, contributing to professional development and service improvement

  • Participate in audits, clinical governance, and research relevant to SLT practice
