This job is no longer availableWe are currently recruiting for a Courier Customer Service Clerk to join a growing team in Colnbrook.
You will be working for an established international courier company and supporting in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a good geographical knowledge.
Salary: c£25k - £27k
Duties:
- Co-ordinate and schedule client bookings via online, phone and email.
- Assisting with client queries/needs.
- General administrative tasks.
- Chasing delivery reports as to keep clients informed on their deliveries.
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
- Help with fulfilment.
Shifts:
The shifts are on a rolling rota with at least 6-7 members of staff.
8.30 to 17.30 with 1 early/late start every six weeks.
Early: 7.30 to 16.30Late: 11.30 to 20.00
