Teach Plus are currently working with a 2 form entry, 'Good' primary school located in the heart of Hounslow who are seeking a part-time EYFS Class Teacher to take on full classroom responsibilities for a Nursery Class, working 5 mornings per week.
The school is dedicated to providing children with a happy, supportive and exciting environment. They offer a creative, progressive curriculum that provides all pupils with endless opportunities, sparking inquisitiveness and ambition for a lifelong love of learning.
The school offers a broad curriculum that specialises in Pe, Dance, Drama and Music, providing children with a unique and innovative experience.,
As an EYFS Class Teacher you will be required to:
- Take on full classroom responsibilities for an EYFS Class Teacher within a Nursery Class
- Plan, deliver fun, creative lessons to adapt to the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN and EAL, using the EYFS curriculum
- Writing assessments and keeping records of children's observations and progress
- Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
- Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the EYFS Class Teacher role will have:
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Experience teaching in an EYFS classroom, ideally within a primary school setting
- Has a passion for teaching and learning and ambitious
- Be creative and energetic, with strong classroom management skills
- UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
