Export Coordinator - 100% Office based Mon-Fri 9/5
Due to continued growth our shipping and trading client is seeking an additional Export Coordinator for their expanding business. The role is 100% office based and requires a multi-tasker who is able to coordinate European exports for their busy operation handling Container Logistics via Sea and Road.
Typical duties include:
Coordinating 20' and 40' containers to Europe and beyond
Processing Export Shipping Documentation for Forwarders, Lines and Hauliers
Liaising with all Logical parties for smooth transition and best price
Billing/Invoicing and updating excel spreadsheets (knowledge of incoterms beneficial)
