An exciting opportunity has come up to join a national renting and leasing company!

Hours per week: 48 hours between Monday - Sunday. Early, middle and late. Operational hours between 6am - 12:30 am on shift pattern.

The role:* Dealing with general customer queries including corporate clients on the phone, via email and in person* Taking bookings and processing paperwork and payments* Resolving a range of customer queries while providing the best customer service experience * Selling additional products available to new and existing customers* Supporting and coordinating the valeting team * Opening and closing the office when the manager is off if required* Reviewing stock allocation and reporting daily on activity * Arranging and undertaking vehicle checks* Showing customer vehicles they are interested in
Experience and skills required:* Experience in upselling is good to have to be successful in this role. This can be within retail or any industry * Experience working with cars is desirable* Reliable, flexible and able to demonstrate experience in providing high standards of customer service * Experience working towards targets and KPI's* Able to speak another language would be advantageous due to the customer base being global but not essential
You will need a driving license to be successful in this role.
