Role Overview:As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you’ll support Fee Earners and senior legal staff by handling client files, drafting documentation, running your own matters, and liaising with external parties. Your methodical mindset and initiative will help drive smooth and effective transactions.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Submitting Land Registry applications and completing SDLT forms
  • Producing key documents including legal charges and loan agreements
  • Regular interaction with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Managing file set-up, compliance checks, and due diligence
  • Supporting solicitors with all phases of transaction completion
About You:
  • At least one year’s experience within a commercial property legal environment
  • Strong administrative and time management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-driven approach
  • High level of accuracy and ability to manage workload under pressure
  • Comfortable using legal software and standard office IT systems
