Are you a Production Manager looking to work for a fast-paced manufacturing business who have a full order book until Q4 and are known for their staff retention? If so, we are working with a growing company based on the outskirts of Sheffield who are looking to appoint a production manager to oversee a team of circa 30 shop floor staff.
The successful applicant will have the ability to oversee the day-to-day production, ensure that the production plan is executed daily, and enforce lean strategies.

Production Supervisor- Role & Responsibilities
*Proven track record of executing production plans
 * Materials management and ordering of all raw material required within a fast-paced manufacturing business
* Create and maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Administrative activities to support business needs as appropriate
*Revise systems, procedures, and operating practises.
*Understanding of lean, kaizen and or 5s.
*Delivery co-ordination for a demanding national customer base

 * Ability to drive performance Â
 * Excellent organisation, time keeping and administration skills
 * Good IT skills covering Word and Excel as a minimum
