This is a newly created role to provide support to the Finance Director and the wider finance team:
- Processing of overseas invoices and payments
- Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts
- Internal stock transfer pricing
- Monthly stock reconciliations
- Monthly rebate calculations and reconciliation
- Accruals and prepayments
- Updating and maintaining the fixed assets
- Opportunity to be involved in the new processes and highlight any potential improvements as they implement new accounting software
- Other ad hoc duties as required
This search is not limited to any industry. Candidates with previous experience are required:
- Must be able to work on your own initiative and not be afraid to make suggestions/improvements
- Good IT skills are essential including Excel
- Prior use of Sage is desirable
