Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary on-going)

Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)

Location: Huddersfield (HD9)

Pay rate: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour

Duration: On-going

Our client is currently looking for an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business on a on-going temporary basis. This is working as part of the wider accounts team covering additional tasks as required.

Duties:

• New vendor (approval)
• Purchase order approval
• Match & check PO and goods received notes to supplier invoice
• Post purchase invoice onto BC
• DIR supplies (drop shipments) - checks with stock
• Any invoices without POP to be added to Sharepoint for approval
• Process proforma invoices for payment, reconcile with VAT invoice
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Staff expense claims (check receipts, VAT, G/L codes) and post to BC
• Other similar duties as required
