Legal Administrator
Huddersfield
A Legal Administrator is required due to expansion to join an award winning Law Firm based in Huddersfield.
The Legal Administrator role will focus on supporting new clients within the Clinical Negligence team.
Role Overview:
- Being a first point of contact for new clients
- Opening new client files on the case management system (proclaim)
- Administration ID checks, data input, archiving, scanning
- Assist with the preparation of court bundles
- Work alongside the wider team in legal support administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience within administration ideally within Legal, Personal Injury, Medical or Clinical Negligence
- Strong client care skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills
- Able to work efficiently with a busy workload
- A team player that goes above and beyond
This is a full-time opportunity based in the centre of Huddersfield. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
