The Key Duties of the Site Co-ordinator
- Provide a right first time service to internal and external customers over the phone and via email.
- Provide accurate quotations and pricing to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer is updated regularly with progress.
- Enter and manage accurate information within the CRM system.
The Key Requirements of the Site Co-ordinator
- Experience within manufacturing/production within a contract manufacturing environment beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and ability to problem solve where required.
- Experience with technical drawings beneficial.
