This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:* Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. * Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions. * Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing reports on title. * Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Requirements:* A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing. * Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant regulations. * Excellent communication and client care skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload. * Proficiency with conveyancing case management systems.
