An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a well-established and expanding Legal 500 firm based in Huddersfield.
This respected regional firm is seeking a talented legal professional with solid Private Client experience to manage a full and varied caseload independently, while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Private Client team handles a broad range of matters, including:
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own Private Client caseload
- Prior experience handling matters such as Wills, Probate and LPAs
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
