Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join Clinical Negligence team based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, flexible working and genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Clinical Negligence Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for working closely with the team. Other duties of this role include:

  • Taking initial detailed client enquiries, liaising with clients via telephone/email or face to face.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as opening new client files, undertaking ID checks, inputting case information onto the team’s case management system, archiving files, photocopying and scanning.
  • Assisting the support team to prepare bundles for Counsel, Court and medical experts.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Legal Assistants / Professionals with experience in Clinical Negligence matters. You will also have:

  • The ability to work alongside fee earners and have a sound understanding of the legal priorities and procedures.
  • A confident, courteous and professional telephone manner.
  • Preferably you will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system and have a sound user knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent keyboard skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, be a team person who is pro-active.
