My client is a growing law firm in central Huddersfield, they are looking for a new addition to their claims team. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for dealing with prospective customers as they look to begin their personal injury claim. This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate who is looking to develop their career in the legal industry. This company offer full training with the opportunity for career progression in to a Fee Earning role.
Duties will include:
路 Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone
路 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
路 Accurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim detail
路 Assess the potential success of the claim
路 Effectively identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claim
路 To conduct themselves with empathy and professionalism at all times whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
路 Pro-actively communicating with our customer鈥檚 to assist them in beginning their claim
路 Assist the Fee Earner鈥檚 with tasks as required
