As a Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff
- Providing clinical leadership and efficient management of ward resources
- Driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients
- Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction
- Leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda
- Conducting yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of professional Conduct
As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll receive a comprehensive package including:

- Experience in acute nursing care
- A Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies

- Recruitment and selection skills
- Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent
