An opportunity to join a fit-out contractor who deliver high end bespoke fit out projects in the restaurent and bar industry. Now in their 20th year of business they want a Project Manager to join them as they continue to grow.
This company has a great reputation and deliver excellent projects from 50k up to 3M in value.
The Role
- Responsible for managing contracts of varying values
- Project locations across the UK
- A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts
- Client facing role, including chairing of client/progress meetings
- Knowledge and understanding programming & procurement of fit-out projects
- The role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
- Attend progress meetings
- Compilation of contractor's report
- Health & Safety on site
- Procurement of site materials & labour resources
The Person
- Experience of management of restaurent or bar fit out projects
- Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
