One of my prestige commercial clients is looking for someone that has an interest in credit management and finance for a really superb career opportunity.

You may be at the start of your career looking for a long-term opportunity or you may be a credit controller or working within the Finance or Insurance sectors and looking for a different diverse role that doesn't involve targets and the pressures that come with it, but will challenge you into a new career.

The business manages credit insurance for their clients so they really need a professional to join their very busy and experienced Insurance team in Huddersfield.

The company offers a real develop process as the training will be ongoing at the level you join the business – if you are at administrative level or already an account manager/credit professional

This business has a real family feel and the opportunity to develop and really engage with the customers is excellent.

o Your customer service and administrative skills are key for this role, you will enjoy delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to all existing customers, have a professional and personable manner, have the ability to engage with customers, my client will encourage you to identify the customers specific Insurance requirements, manage and understand their needs with full training

o Provide full customer support, update all customer records accurately, manage the contracts and correspondence. Revise new and existing customer contracts, advise customers with the next stage process and update any compliant administration.

Full training will be given and you have the opportunity to observe the other team members with questions and answers of the service for at least a 6 month period, to understand your customer requirements and how this niche company operate, to enable you to have the confidence to provide the right solution for customers.

Starting salary is £23,000 - £28,000 great working hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week start and finish times are negotiable (within office hours), great holiday allowance 25 days plus banks, free parking, , 5% pension contribution, health insurance & other great benefits to discuss.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work under pressure, administrative skills, a confident telephone manner and a reactive and positive attitude.
