TREATMENT MANAGER - FULL TIME
We are now recruiting at Titanic Spa
Position available: TREATMENT MANAGER
40 hours per week
5 days per week
Usual shifts can vary between 7.30am and 11.30pm on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
Titanic Spa is the UK's First Eco Spa and One of the Country's Leading Destination Spa. Due to the success of our business, we are now seeking a Treatment Manager full time.
Treatment Manager
You will be able to successfully manage the therapy team completing the following main responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be able to work flexible hours, including Weekends, Public / Bank Holidays & Evenings.
- To manage the Therapy team alongside Holly Gallagher
- To manage the therapy diary to suit business needs
- To manage and achieve retail targets
- To wear smart, clean and ironed uniform at all times
- To maintain impeccable standards of personal hygiene at all times.
- To ensure all duties are carried out to the required Company standard and that they comply with any relevant Legislative Regulations.
- To comply with all regulations.
- To assist the Spa Director and Management Team to operate a successful Spa.
- To carry out Duty Manager Shifts
You will be able to provide a 5* service across the therapy department. You will hold excellent customer service standards, supportive and professional managerial skills and be able to organise and coordinate a team of up to 35. Be able to ensure that the business standards are always maintained to the highest level and your professionalism, honesty, personal presentation and guests satisfaction is always maintained.
At TITANIC Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard across the complete client journey. This position requires you to be able to offer and teach a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Treatment manager to join our team to continue our award winning service to guests.
