Office Administrator
Salary: (phone number removed) D.O.E.
35 Hour working week
Location: City Centre
Principle Responsibilities: -
- Administration duties including incoming and outgoing post; telephone calls, general filing.
- Assisting technical staff with both corporate and personal insolvency cases.
- Organising and coordinating business meetings and marketing events.
- Data input and report generation using Sage and bespoke insolvency practitioner software.
- Reception duties; meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
Qualifications/Attributes
The ideal candidate would be: -
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
- Have several years' experience of working in an office environment and have good communication skills; accounting or legal services would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
- Excellent training provided.
