Your ideal profile?
Previous experience as an Executive Head Chef, strong history of leading fast paced environments and developing kitchen teams.
Your Mission?
- Manage and review profitability of all aspects of the kitchen.
-Controllingfood purchasing and stock management with the rest of the seniorkitchenteam.
- Development and implementation of new menus.
- Lead, Supervise and organise training for kitchen brigade always encouraging development and growth.
-Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health and safety legislation and all internal requirements.
