POSITION : Property Manager
LOCATION : Commutable from Beverley , Willerby , Cottingham , Hull , Barton , Brough
SALARY: Starting at £30k
THE ROLE : Due to their continued growth our client are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy team. The role not only comes with responsibility for managing the existing portfolio of residential properties but also includes the growth of the department by increasing the market share, listing new properties and creating great relationships with landlords and tenants. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Residential Lettings Agent / Estate Agent / Property Manager or similar role is required.
The working hours are 9-5 Mon to Fri + alternate Sats 9-12 ( an afternoon off is given in Lieu)
Candidates must have a driving licence with access to a vehicle. Free parking is available.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Helping to expand the existing portfolio of clients
Building relationships with clients and tenants to ensure all enquiries are dealt with regarding any aspect of the property/tenancy
Listing properties to let and providing advice to landlords
Booking and attending property viewings
Content creation for social media
Creating and processing tenancy agreements & renewals
Managing the move in/move out process including deposit taking and returns
Carrying out periodic inspections
Arranging maintenance and repairs
Ensuring tenants and landlords are kept updated, regarding repair works, at all times
Issuing notices when necessary
Dealing with general letting, management and maintenance administration
