The kitchen prepares meals using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service. The pub can offer an excellent package and are actively recruiting

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
