We are working with a prestigious well established Main Contractor who are looking to engage with a Building Services Manager for a new flagship pharmaceutical project in Huntingdon. You will be tasked with overseeing the project from early preconstruction phases to completion and handover, the full value of the project is 80m with c. 20-30m of M&E services.
You will be responsible for managing the M&E subcontractors and reporting progress to the client. This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing contractor who have a strong reputation across sectors.
