Encocam is a successfully established world leader in the automotive safety industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Based in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire we are a prominent manufacturer of crash test barriers and Anthropomorphic Test Devices (ATD’s), we have also diversified our engineering portfolio to include motorcycles, composite panels, and CNC precision machining. Most of our products and parts across the brands are developed and manufactured in-house under the 8 different Encocam divisions.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager you will play a key role in the research, planning, and delivery of strategic B2B marketing campaigns across a diverse range of businesses (known as Business Units) and brands, all part of Encocam Ltd.You will have a flair for digital marketing, CRM, and content marketing, and will enjoy helping to develop and mentor other team members in their marketing careers.

This role involves the project management of sponsoring and exhibiting at several global conferences and exhibitions, some of which may run concurrently. There is no current requirement for international travel for these events. You will be tenacious, outgoing, adaptable, and results-driven, embracing challenges and meeting deadlines.

You must be a self-starter, disciplined and organised, with planning and budgeting experience, and the ability to work at pace without compromising quality. The Marketing team works closely with all internal teams to build strong, trusted and productive relationships, so you will be professional, approachable, a good listener, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to adapt your approach across the range of brands, customers, colleagues and countries that we are so proud of. Key Responsibilities and Tasks

·Support the Marketing Manager in the development of Marketing Strategies and implementation of Marketing Plans for all Business Units, Brands, and other key projects.

·Lead on digital marketing initiatives, championing Encocam’s CRM system and ensuring that the quality of data is maintained and utilised effectively.

·Create optimised content for websites and social media, as well as content for internal communications, presentations, news releases, brochures, datasheets and technical bulletins.

·Work closely with our Graphic Designer to develop clear and concise support material for our products and services which enable each business unit team to effectively engage audiences and maximise opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.

·Photography of products, people, places, and events.

·Marketing Metrics – report on a range of specific metrics depending on project scope and strategy to show the effectiveness of campaigns.

·Maintain marketing budgets and purchase orders on a project-by-project basis.

·Contribute to monthly management meetings by creating eye-catching presentations of team activity across the previous month, with results.

·Creation of creative briefs, proof- reading, and management of the approval process.

·Event management, including conferences, exhibitions, careers fairs, site visits, and social events.

·Responsible on-going campaign management with the Sales team and reporting via the internal CRM systems (training to be provided).

·CRM – support in the development and improvement of the customer journey.

·Responsible for ensuring all internal and external literature is within brand tone of voice.

·Offer guidance and support to other team members, helping them to understand marketing procedures and practises.
