We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instrument Calibration Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Instrument Calibration Field Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise calibration of various instruments used in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, laboratories, and research facilities. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' instruments are functioning optimally, adhering to industry standards, and providing accurate measurements. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform calibration of a wide range of instruments, including but not limited to temperature, pressure, flow, electrical, and dimensional measurement devices.

- Calibrate instruments onsite at client facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations and adhering to scheduled timelines.

- Accurately document calibration procedures, results, and any required adjustments or repairs.

- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, or recommend solutions to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific calibration needs, provide technical support, and address any concerns or questions.

- Stay updated on the latest industry standards, regulations, and calibration techniques to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

- Assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures and processes.

- Provide training and guidance to clients on instrument handling, maintenance, and calibration best practices.

- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, resolve technical issues, and enhance overall service quality.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in instrument calibration, preferably in a field service role.

- Strong knowledge of calibration techniques, measurement principles, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025). - Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose instrument malfunctions and implement effective solutions.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

- Flexibility to travel to client sites and work in different environments.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
