I'm searching for a seasoned tax professional to join a leading firm specialising in providing top-notch tax and advisory services to businesses of all sizes. Their dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional results and helping their clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the tax department, working closely with clients to ensure their tax obligations are met efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on corporate tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of tax computations and returns to identify any potential issues or opportunities for optimisation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing proactive advice and excellent service.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA (or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team (desirable but not essential).
