My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The Office Manager will provide full support to the team in terms of managing the day to day running of the Compliance, HR and Facilities function of the Firm, reporting to the team. Salary up to 拢55,000 for the right candidate. CIPD level 5 would be an advantage! The role will involve: 路 Authorizing team members holidays 路 Receiving notifications of absence 路 Arranging cover if staff members are absent 路 Involvement in the interviewing and selection process for new members of staff 路 Receiving and considering CVs and creating a short list 路 Onboarding and Offboarding of all staff members 路 Carrying out DBS check and a specific sector statutory check. Training will be given 路 Creating contracts from existing templates 路 Day to day HR administration & Employee Relations 路 Production of Monthly Management Accounts (requesting reports from existing software system). Training will be given. Main duties: 路 Assisting with monthly payroll (payroll is by carried out an external provider. The tasks is to check input hours for all staff) 路 Attending and minute taking at the Monthly Meetings 路 Arranging, attending and minute taking at twice yearly Conferences (occasionally but rarely out of office hours) 路 Arranging the Annual Staff Conference (booking venues, arranging catering) 路 Assisting with yearly renewals of Staff Benefits 路 First Contact for Client Complaints. This involves issuing standard holding responses whilst an investigation is carried out by another. 路 Maintenance of Central Registers to meet requirements under SRA Codes. Skills required: 路 Excellent administrator. 路 Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills. 路 Ability to manage own time. 路 Problem solver. 路 Eye for detail.
