We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Provision Lead Teacher to join our team, focusing on delivering therapeutic interventions for young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This pivotal role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or senior teacher who is ready to advance into a leadership and management position within our supportive and dynamic educational setting.

Start Date: September 2024

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee a comprehensive SEMH provision program.- Provide direct therapeutic support and intervention to students.- Train and guide staff in implementing effective SEMH strategies.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.- Monitor and report on the progress of the SEMH provision.

Requirements:- A strong background in education, preferably with experience in SEN or SEMH.- Qualifications in a relevant therapeutic discipline would be advantageous.- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a specialized team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
