Venture Recruitment Partners are partnering with a high-growth SME in Bournemouth who are seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of all Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices to SAGE ensuring correct coding.
- Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment.
- Monthly Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Processing of all employees’ expenses
- Processing of all credit card charges.
- Ensuring all Purchase Invoices match approved purchase orders.
- Maintenance of the Aged Creditor Reports, preparation of payment runs, sending out remittances.
- Daily Bank Entries and Bank reconciliations.
- Resolving all queries quickly and efficiently
- Liaising will all aspects of the business on purchase ledger matters
Skills/Experience:
- Good Excel skills
- Sage system experience
- Bank Reconciliations experience
- Available at short notice
