Full time / Part time - Cook /Trainee SousChef required at country pub on the outskirts of Canterbury in a village called Wickhambreaux.
The right candidate will have a can do attitude with good communication towork alongside our Head Chef, kitchen porters and front of house staff. They will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours a week over a 7 day week, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner servicebut hours are negotiable and more hours may be available for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
Preparing food
High kitchen hygiene and food standards
Rotation of stock
Ordering when the Head chef is off
1 year experience preferred
Salary is pro rata and dependent on experience
