Our client an independent modern European restaurant with a bar & and a large private dining room is now looking for a Sous Chef.

The restaurant is located between Hackney & Bethnal Green, and only open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and Brunch Saturday and Sunday.

There is an open kitchen, the last order is at 10.00pm and 48 working hours per week.

The Sous Chef will be paid for every hour worked and guaranteed 40 hours weekly, but the rota is usually 48 hours on average.

The Sous Chef can expect to earn between£21 to £24 per hour and including the service charge.

The restaurant is well known with the local clientele, serving modern British cuisine with South American and Spanish influence. Everything is made from fresh and using seasonal ingredients.

There is a supportive kitchen team, and the Sous Chef will receive all the training he/she needs to settle down and feel confident about the role.

The Sous Chef will receive:

£21.00 to £24 per hour including Tronc.

48 hours per week and paid for all of the hours worked.

2 days off per week
