Senior Chef - Cook own dishes alongside Core Pub Classics

• Produce simple consistent dishes
• Steak, Burger Nights early week.
• Get involved - Add your own dishes to a core menu
• Seasonally changing menu with GM assistance
• Brigade of 3 chefs + KP
• Food turnover approx 3.5/4K p/w

40 Hours - closed Mondays, open Tuesdays at 3pm, Weds - Sun all day INC

Looking for experienced Senior Chef

• Strong ability to produce delicious simple dishes, with consistency and within a reasonable time
• Able to work Tues/Weds service alone, building team from Thursday service
• Work alongside GM to achieve GP, cost menu, complete stock and ordering
• Responsible for Food Safety compliance and records

Salary up to £35,000 + Tronc
