We are currently working with an established nursery in Gants Hill who are currently seeking an Early Years Educator with a minimum Level 2 qualification in Child Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities of an Early Years Educator:

• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged from 3 months to 5 years
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the nursery

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Child Care or equivalent Early Years Educator certification
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS
• Commitment to providing excellent care for children and families
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive and proactive approach
• Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (if you don't already have one on the update service)
