Our client, a Facilities Management company have an immediate vacancy for a permanent Soft Services Manager to join their busy team.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Budget management
- Team meetings
- HR, Specifically performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
- Stakeholder and shareholder meetings
- Processing Time-sheets and assisting with payroll experience
To be considered for this you will need experience of:
- BICs knowledge and applicable training
- CAFM Systems IE Concept, Maximo, QFM
- P & L
