Japanese-Speaking Helpdesk Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with clarity and professionalism. No formal technical knowledge is required as comprehensive training will be provided. However, familiarity with IP networking and IT support is a plus and would be advantageous in adapting to the role quickly.
