Setsquare is currently hiring for Quantity Surveyor for a very renowned Client in UK with the base location as East London . The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to undertake support on various housing and residential JCT D&B projects in East London area working alongside a Senior QS.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in producing -
- Variations & cost packages.
- Help to produce CVR's
- Sub-contractor procurement
- Cost analysis & forecasting
- Payment of sub-contractors
You will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office with site visits.
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
