Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join inclusive and welcoming primary schools across Waltham Forest. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to make a real difference to children with additional learning needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils who require extra help with their learning, particularly those with special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges. This Learning Support Assistant role would suit someone patient, proactive, and looking to build valuable experience in education.
Learning Support Assistant - Key Details:
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 depending on experience
Full-time, term-time only
ASAP start available
Opportunities across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN pupils
A calm and caring nature with strong communication skills
The ability to work effectively in both 1:1 and group support settings
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
