We are currently recruiting for an Experienced SMSTS Site manager for a project near Ilfracombe, Devon.

Job Details:
- Daily running of High end Housing project
- Keeping project on schedule
- Reporting and liaising with contracts manager and quantity surveyors
- Management of site trades and contractors
- Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety on site

You will be working on behalf of Wick Hollow for our Client who is a high end residential house builder.

Start Date: Thursday 05/06/2025
Pay: 250 per day
Weekly pay based on Time sheet
.
You will need to:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Proven track record in similar roles
- Relevant experience
- Have PPE
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have proof of right to work in the UK
