Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of this beautiful four star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant/hotel industry and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide training opportunities

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry- Strong knowledge of bartending, kitchen operations, food production, culinary techniques, food safety standards, and restaurant management principles- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
