CRS are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our clients business in or around the Aberdeen, Inverness and surrounding areas.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a key role within the organization, and we are looking for someone who is skilled in Salesforce, has strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and demonstrates leadership qualities. You will be required to retain, develop, and grow the account base by increasing the customer awareness of the benefits of using our clients business and other divisions. Construction, safety and access equipment hire / sales experience is highly desired.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical press fittings and low-level access products is desired but not essential. The client covers construction, fit-out, mechanical, and electrical markets, delivering reliable solutions that meet the specific needs.

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to develop their knowledge, who also seeks to improve their own skills throughout their career.

  • The account manager will spend time on construction projects demonstrating innovative product solutions that enhance productivity and/or improve safety performance and best practice.
  • Have the ability to target new prospect accounts and develop sub-contractor spend at major project level within a defined geographical territory.
  • An interest in technical products with an ability to understand the principles of engineering would be desirable.

Account Manager Duties:

- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner- Prepare reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and market trends

Account Manager Experience:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software- Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Up to £42,000.00 per year DEO Plus Performance Bonus
