This small, luxury hotel caters for residents only and offers an afternoon tea service as well as a cocktail service.

You as the Assistant Hotel General Manager, will be THE ULTIMATE PEOPLE PERSON - passionate, enthusiastic and above all, keen to help guests have the best guest experience.

Your main responsibilities will be
* Assisting with check in and check out
* Managing guest bookings for restaurant reservations and afternoon tea
* Advising guests of tours, entertainment, restaurants and booking these for them
* Working alongside the General Manager
* Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guests satisfaction is more than exceeded
* Hands on in all areas as business requires

Working hours are 5/7 days on a rota

As an ideal candidate, you will be
* An Assistant General Manager or Duty Manager with a 5*/4* hotel background
* A people person with an infectious personality and a natural love for customer service
* Experienced with working in a small luxury hotel environment
* Able to lead, manage and motivate a small team
* Extremely hands on in all areas
* Guest focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
