ABOUT US:

Castlehill Care Home is looking to recruit an Clinical Services Manager on a permanent basis with contracts for 40 hours.

Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Inverness. We are proud to offer the following; Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 88 residents.

Objective

Applications are now welcome for the role of Clinical Services Manager.

Our care home has an excellent local reputation for high quality care and offers dementia and physical disability nursing care packages in beautiful, modern surroundings.

As Clinical Services Manager, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.

Skills, Experience and Qualification

  • You will be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable.

The Clinical Services Manager will also demonstrate the below attributes:

  • Desire to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents
  • Motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own personal skills and knowledge
  • Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to give constructive feedback to others without judgement, in a manner that motivates a willingness to improve standards
  • Contributes to a culture where ownership of decisions is taken and learnings and good practices are shared within the team
  • Creates subject interest in team members and a genuine interest to continually self improve and help others improve
  • Have a friendly, open and trustworthy personality who maintains confidences
  • Excellent written skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to.
