Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Inverness

CR Smith are looking for an outgoing and friendly retail sales assistant to generate enquiries for our range of Lorimer Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Sunrooms and newly launched Fix home maintenance service.

As retail sales assistant, your role will be split between two main functions 3 days working in the showroom where you will speak to customers who have made initial enquiries for a tour of the products in addition to local footfall. For the other 2 days, you will work on our permanent exhibition product stands in flagship retail venues, including B&Q stores throughout Inverness. This role would ideally suit individuals who are self-motivated, can build instant rapport with customers. There is no hard selling in this role, the role will involve handing over leaflets and brochures and if the customer engages then the lead will be passed to the external sales team. Bonus and commission paid on all leads seen.

To succeed you will

• Be confident, outgoing and resilient
• Have excellent face to face communication and presentational skills
• The ability to naturally build rapport with customers
• Retail experience would be advantageous however not necessary
