About the Role:
As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll lead a team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants in delivering exceptional holistic care to our service users. From assessment to evaluation, you'll ensure that our high standards of care are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading the nursing team in delivering quality care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and service users to tailor individualized care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Providing mentorship and support to staff for their professional growth
  • Acting as an educator to patients, families, and colleagues

About You:
  • Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in specialist palliative or neurological care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation in the independent care sector
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage performance effectively
