Senior Structural Engineer

Senior Structural Engineer - Requiered for our client that working out of an office in Ipswich. The Senior Structural Engineer would be workign for a unique company that is employee owned and work across the a range of industries within Rail, Marine and Structures. The Senior Structural Engineer will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented engineering team to deliver a wide variety of exciting projects with opportunities to work on projects across the wider company.

Senior Structural Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary DOE
• Private Healthcare (currently offered through vitality)
• Access to the discount scheme
• The opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days annual leave per year.
• Profit related bonus subject to company performance. The first 3600 of any such payments are able to be made without any tax implication.
• In-house support to achieve IStructE accreditations.

Senior Structural Engineer Position Overview

• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Chartered or near Chartered (Incorporated status would also be considered) *
• Ability to clearly communicate and interpret instructions.
• Experience of managing and leading technical teams
• Track record of delivering projects through all design stages and construction.
• Full driving licence

Senior Structural Engineer Position Requirements

• Manage projects from conception through to construction stage
• Carry out and oversee design work in various materials
• Attend client and site meetings
• Undertake surveys/site inspections
• Assist with staff training and mentoring of trainees and graduates
