Key Responsibilities:路 Pro-actively contacting customers as part of the sales pipeline路 Reactive handling of inbound customer queries路 Lead a culture of exceptional customer service路 Assure portfolio quality through effective communication with customers and team members路 Understand, interpret and communicate client briefs路 Manage smooth project workflows路 Resolve any problems customers have with software and projects路 Monitor and control recurring services路 Assistance with documentation路 Support/training customers on subscriptions
