We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedLine Leader / Packing Line Supervisorto oversee packing operations for fresh produce. The Packing Line Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team to efficiently and accurately pack fresh produce according to customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packing line operations, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering top-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing line operations to ensure efficient and timely packing of fresh produce.
• Train, mentor, and motivate packing line staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule packing activities and meet production goals.

Requirements
