We are on the lookout for a motivated graduate eager to embark on a long-term career in Learning and Development (L&D) or Human Resources (HR). Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of L&D activities within the organisation.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Maintain L&D records and ensure all training materials are up to date and compliant with company standards.
  • Communicate with employees about their learning and development opportunities and progress.
  • Help facilitate workshops and seminars, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
  • Provide administrative support for L&D initiatives, including managing bookings and preparing materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in L&D or HR.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A team player who can also work independently when required.
