Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the coordination and administration of L&D activities within the organisation.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Maintain L&D records and ensure all training materials are up to date and compliant with company standards.
- Communicate with employees about their learning and development opportunities and progress.
- Help facilitate workshops and seminars, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
- Provide administrative support for L&D initiatives, including managing bookings and preparing materials.
- A recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in L&D or HR.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
